Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

 

  • Shipping Rates:

Shipping cost of Rs. 50 to Rs. 100 is applied on order below Rs. 800 depending upon the location.  

 

  • Order Modifications and Cancellations:

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at the earliest. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order is shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

 

  • Shipping Issues and Returns:

In the rare event that your package is lost, damaged, or has any issues during transit, please contact our customer support team. For returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions and eligibility criteria.

 

  • Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package. We will contact you to arrange the necessary steps.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Snooze & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and bed sheet purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer an exchange and return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.   • Eligibility for Exchanges and Returns:

Products eligible for exchanges and returns must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition, including all packaging and tags. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

  • Timeframe for Exchanges and Returns:

You may request an exchange or return within 5 days from the date of delivery.​

 

  • Return Process:

Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

  • Return Shipping:

For exchanges and returns due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. For exchanges and returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

  • Refund Processing:

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment in 3-5 business days. Refunds may exclude any original shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

 

  • Non-Refundable Items:

The following items are non-refundable:

a) Gift cards or vouchers

b) Final sale or clearance items
